About Us: Safety

As safety regulations and standards change, Pro Max Fence stays ahead of the curve. The safety of our employees, especially those who serve in the field, is paramount. Safety training is not only part of our employee on-boarding system, but also a program we constantly develop and deploy.

While a lot of our projects require each of our crew to pass safety training and requirements to be on the job, we’re always evaluating and improving upon our programs. Safety is job one to ensure our employees get home to their families every day.

Upon hire, our employee on-boarding and orientation consists of the following:

  • DOT physical completion and substance screening
  • Training for company policies and procedures, PPE, equipment, hazard reporting, incident, and accident reporting
  • Job training for best practices in fencing
  • Shop training to learn the basics of fence installation and safe practices

    • Loading, hauling and trailer safety
    • Vehicle safety inspections
  • New equipment training
  • Annual Safety Days – dedicated time to reinforce important safety lessons and continue to educate on new topics
